Your first appointment is designed to help us get to know you and your skin.

Before your treatment begins, your licensed esthetician will complete a personalized consultation to discuss:

  • Your skin concerns and goals
  • Your current skincare routine
  • Previous facial treatments or procedures
  • Medical history, allergies, and medications
  • Lifestyle factors that may affect your skin

From there, we’ll recommend the treatment that’s best suited for your skin. Whether you’re interested in acne treatments, Hydrafacial MD, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, or another service, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs.

Our goal is never to sell you unnecessary treatments, it’s to help you achieve healthy, long lasting results.


Before Your Appointment

To help you get the best possible results, we recommend the following:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
  • Complete any required forms before your appointment if available.
  • Stay well hydrated.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning before your treatment.
  • If you use retinol, tretinoin, or strong exfoliating products, you may be asked to discontinue them before certain treatments such as microneedling or chemical peels.
  • Please let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have recently started new medications, or have any medical conditions that could affect your treatment.

After Your Treatment

  • Avoid active skincare ingredients until your skin has fully recovered.

That’s completely okay! Many first-time clients aren’t sure where to start. During your consultation, we’ll evaluate your skin and recommend the treatment that’s best for your concerns and goals.

Should I arrive with clean skin?

No. We’ll thoroughly cleanse your skin before your treatment begins.

Will my treatment hurt?

Most treatments are very comfortable and relaxing. If a treatment may cause temporary discomfort, we’ll explain everything beforehand and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Most facial treatments require access to your face, neck, and décolleté, and you’ll be provided with a spa wrap for your comfort.

Can I bring someone with me?

Guests are welcome to accompany you to the spa; however, treatment rooms are generally reserved for clients receiving services to maintain a relaxing environment.

Can I bring my child?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that children not attend appointments unless they are receiving a scheduled treatment.

What if I’m running late?

Please call or text us as soon as possible. Depending on your arrival time, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other appointments.
