Appointment Policy
Policy Notice:
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not agree with the terms outlined below. Your understanding and acceptance of our policies and important information are greatly appreciated.
Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may cancel your appointment with a 24-hour notice, and your deposit credit will be held for 30 days.
Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 25% fee of your scheduled service.
Late Arrivals:
A late fee will be applied after a 15 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. Notification of lateness does not exempt you from the late fee.
If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged a 25% of your scheduled service fee (last-minute cancellation fee, which will be automatically charged to your card on file.
Deposits are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
If your card declines, an alternative form of payment will be required to rebook.
Re-scheduling:
Please refrain from contacting us via social media for rescheduling.
You may reschedule your appointment up to three times with a 24-hour notice.
Failure to reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in forfeiting your deposit, and a 25% of your service fee will be charged to your card on file.
If the card declines, rebooking will be unavailable until the fee is paid in full.
It is your responsibility to remember the date and time of your appointment.

No Call + No Show:
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will result in forfeiting your deposit and incurring a 25% fee of your scheduled service no call/no show fee, charged to the card on file. If the card declines, rebooking will be unavailable until the fee is paid in full.
